It is recognized as a pilgrimage of all the people of the world who follow Buddhism. The most important at Lumbini is the Maya Devi Temple. The Maya Devi Temple is surrounded by the brick foundations of ancient temples and monasteries. It is the pride of our country. So, the protection and management of the property of Lumbini is very important. It is necessary to control the impact of visitors, and natural impacts including humidity and the industrial development in the region.
