Notes on lesson on X-rays |

Production of X-rays and Nature of X-rays

When fast moving electrons strike on a very hard target of high atomic number, e.g. platinum, tungsten, molybdenum etc., X-rays are produced. This note provides us an information on production of X-rays and nature of X-rays.

Uses of X-rays, X-ray Diffraction and Bragg's Law

The diffraction effects can be observed only if the spacing between the lines ruled on the grating is of the order of magnitude of the wavelength of light used. This note provides us an information on the uses of X-rays, X-ray diffraction and Bragg's Law.
