The job task, position, and occupation are interred related with one another. So, all have to be performed one by one. Job task without the position in an organization have no value and does not provide any meaning to the business. He word job, occupation, and "career" are considered as the same thing. Job design is the information of job analysis, job description, job specification that provide the element for the behavior of people. Job design follows job rotation, job enrichment and job enlargement, where job rotation is the movement of workers from one job to another. Job enrichment means the way of gathering difficult task for gathering the worker who is assigned the task must be responsible for performing the entire task. Similarly, job enlargement means putting the workers higher activities that require them to be educated in various areas seemed to have more positive effects.
