We can't easily fulfill our needs like food, clothing, housing, health, education etc.

The quality of life is measured by the availability of the basic needs like food, clothing, housing etc. Sound income increases the living standard of people. The quality refers to the availability and utilization of nutritious food, clothing health facility and education facility. If facilities are not increased with population the quality and quantity of necessary services can decline.

Due to the increase in family members, many people are bound to share the limited space of single room. The growing population has following impacts on housing.

  1. With growth in the population size of a family, the available house becomes rather congested. It results in the poor health of those who live together.
  2. Activity has the higher density of population than a village. This leads to more pollution in the city.
