The people of rural area discriminate girls and boys in terms of education. The boys are sent to schools but the girls are made to work in the field. The international bodies have worked for the welfare of the children. In 1924 AD, Child Right Declaration was made in the Geneva Conference. In 1959, UN General Assembly passed another Child Right Declaration.
