Pollution:

Pollution is the presence of a substance that tends to affect directly or indirectly the environment or changes, degrades or spoils the environment. The types of pollutions areAir, Water, Soil, Noise, Greenhouse effect, Ozone Layer depletion. The air pollution is theundesirable changes in our air which directly or indirectly harm to us. The causes of air pollutions are 1)Smoke coming from vehicles, dust, dirt, sewage 2)Smoke coming from industries, burning of plastics 3)Sting of cow dung, firewood, straw of maize. The methods of water purification are filtration, Boiling, Chemical process. There are two types of solid waste. The types of solid waste are Bio-degradable waste, Nonbiodegradable waste. There are two types of latrines are there, they are Service and non-service. Sanitary latrine is the next name of non-service type latrine. There are3 (Borehole, Bug well, Water seal) types of sanitary latrine. The effects of noise pollution areMental disorder, deafness.

World Population

Population mean total number of people living in the certain time, in particular, areas such as villages, cities, districts, regions or country. The estimated population in the time of Jesus Christ was around250 million. The estimated population of the world in beginning of agrarian society was 15 million. Thepopulation of the world by 1650 A.D was545 million. Theworld population in 1998 A.D was5.9 billion. Theannual growth rate of population in the world is 1.4%. The world population day is celebrated on July 11. The world populations reach six billion in July 11,1999.
