Formation of the Earth
Earth is the third planet from the sun, the desert planet in the solar system, the largest of the Solar System's four terrestrial planets, and the only astronomical object known to harbor life. The earliest life of earth at least 3.5 billion years ago.According to evidence from radiometric dating and other sources, Earth was formed about 4.54 billion years ago.Within its first billion years, life appeared in its oceans and began to affect its atmosphere and surface, promoting the proliferation of aerobics well as anaerobic organisms. Since then, the combination of Earth distance from the Sun, its physical properties, and its geological history have allowed life to thrive and evolve.Earth formed around 4.54 billion years ago by accretion from the solar nebula.[Volcanic outgassing probably created the primordial atmosphere then the ocean, but the atmosphere contained almost no oxygen so would have been toxic to most modern life including humans. Much of the Earth was molten because of frequent collisions with other bodies which led to extreme volcanism. One very large collision is thought to have been responsible for forming the Moon. Over time, the Earth cooled, causing the formation of a solid crust, and allowing liquid water to exist on the surface.
Division of earth
is divided into five division they are
1) Atmosphere, 2) Hydrosphere 3) Lithosphere 4) Pyrosphere 5) Biosphere
earth is cover with 16%of land .lithosphere is the outermost layer of the earth.there are three type of rocks found in lithosphere the are 1)Igneous rock,2) sedimentary rock,3) metamorphic rock igneous rocks are formed due to the matter inside the earth. the top most layer of the lithosphere is the atmosphere and the gas available gas found in the atmosphere is nitrogen and there is 78%nitrogen in the atmosphere.
