The topmost priority of our life is our health. Health is the major essence of everybody’s life. Our behaviour, attitude too is determined by our health. Maintainance of proper health is most for living a happy life. Directly or indirectly, our daily activities are related to health. Being healthy or the effect on health is all on our hands. Simply, if we get up early in at the morning and start meditating or exercising then it will help to keep ourselves healthy whereas getting up late in the morning may increase our laziness and just sitting but doing nothing can be the cause of several diseases. Hence, paying attention towards maintaining good health and living without any health issues is healthy living.

Many often it is said that to warm up ourselves, one should get up early in the morning. Morning time is most appropriate time to make efforts to be healthy through exercising and meditating. The fresh morning when catches the fresh mind, it makes body active too and then the productive works can be done. There’s saying “early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” is actually very true saying. Going to bed on time and getting up in time increases our efficiency. Health and physical fitness have the most significant role in everyone’s life. Managing health pattern totally depends on own. Hence, it's our choice whether to balance health and happy living or not.

On the other hand, eating unhealthy food generates bad thoughts and praise unhealthy lifestyle. Bad thoughts directly affect the living pattern. Hence, we should always take care about uplifting our living pattern through experiencing good thoughts and keeping our mind peace and calm. A sound mind is a must for the healthy life so every effort should be done to create positivity and such creation is made by eating healthy foods. To maintain good thoughts, we should eat healthy foods and should develop good eating habits. Some unhealthy habits such assmoking, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, etc.deteriorate our health in a severe way. Therefore, we should strictly avoid such things in order to keep our thoughts healthy. Having a healthy diet helps to promote good health. Foods like vegetables and fruits should be eaten several times each day. It is also important to eat foods high in fiber such as beans, grains, fruit, and vegetables. Fiber helps our body to digest the food we eat. It also helps our body in other ways such as decreasing the chance of getting cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Avoiding foods with a lot of sugar, salt and fat is a good idea. Eating these kinds of foods can lead to a variety of health problems. Similarly, junk foods too are not a healthy food for life. Fast food may invite several kinds of diseases like diarrhoea, cholera due to no proper balancing in taking foods. Food is a major factor in determining nature of health. A person can only be happy when he/she manages the pattern of taking food. Eating healthy food sharpens the mind and sharp mind aids one to live a comfortable life whereas having unhealthy food praises the bad thought and increases negativity.

In modern days people are more concerned about earning money rather being conscious on earning healthy life. People have focused on capital so much that other else things matter them less. And in such single focus, the person goes through stress. Stress for how to go far way for earning more and more capital. People fail to pay attention towards proper diet and more concentration on works without any sufficient nutrition to body increases stress level and people suffer from depression. Hence, being not aware of proper balanced diet and losing consciousness on maintaining health pattern causes a serious health problem. Stress in life can never be eradicated completely but it can be minimized somehow. The body is meant to be healthy not only physically but mentally too. So, there are several ways to fight against stress in our life. Changing the way of having perception and changing the way of thinking and seeing the things in a positive way, feeling happy for what we have without being stressed out about the things we lack can decrease the stress level. Also, exercise and sports are the great way to reduce stress. Daily exercise and getting involved in some recreational activities that glow up our mind falls under some healthy ways that helps to keep us happy.

Health is determined not only by social aspects but the religious and spiritual aspects too. Diverting our mind to the religious things like praying to God satisfy us inside. Most of the people ask God to heal their pain with the distinct kind of faith over God. And this satisfaction energizes us to handle things and to have positive thinking about the things which are going to be fine always. Not only this but praying to God before we go to bed and remembering him after getting up early in the morning refreshes our mind and soul which helps to protect our mental health. It removes evil thoughts from our mind, broadens our thinking capacity and brings peace to mind. When the mind is calm, thinking good things take place and good thoughts occur automatically and in such circumstances feeling too becomes true and positive and experiencing good is a sign of good health.

Carbohydrates, fats, protein, vitamins, minerals and water are the major classes of nutrients and all this can be obtained in the food which we have daily like milk, meat, egg, milk, fruits etc. As the nutritious food includes the most of the food we eat daily so it is under our budget. Thus, we can conclude that nutritious food is not necessarily expensive.
