Press and Laws

For the most developed countries, freedom the press implies that all people should have the right to express themselves in writing or in any other way of expression of personal opinion or creativity. Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) indicates-" Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression, this right includes freedom to whole opinion without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers." Codes of conduct are effective in ensuring genuine freedom of expression by establishing the principle that media coverage should include balance.
