Communication is the method of exchanging views, ideas, opinions from one person or one group to another. Effective communication is essential for the success of the organization. Communication involves the most important element that is the understanding of the meaning. In the communication process, the sender is responsible for encoding an intended meaning into the message and sending it through the channel to the receiver, who then decodes the message into a perceived meaning.
