A group of people who are able to do work is known as human resources . A human resource development HRD concept was first introduced by Leonard Nadler in 1969 in a conference in the US. “He defined HRD as those learning experience which is organized, for a specific time, and designed to bring about the possibility of behavioral change”. There are lots of natural resources which are in front of human beings which will also help to increase the lifestyle of the human.

As we know human resource includes proper training of an individual after the first opportunities that they get from learning a new skill , distributing for employees and many other developmental activities . Agriculture is the main source of earning of a country. Therefore, agriculture should be improved first . Same like agriculture natural resource is also one of the important factors of development . If the natural resource like river , forest , mountain , hills are preserved nicely then it will help to development . A natural resource is useless without human beings . All the natural resource are passive whereas human resource is active. The natural resource will be useful when people started to use them like rivers, forest, mountain etc. Without human or human resources it is imposable to improve the natural resource . Following are the points which are included in the development of human resources:

Concept of Development of Human resources

The main concept of human resource is to make the qualified staff of the organization. According to Robbins, Human resource development is a process of four functions: acquisition, development, motivation and maintenance of human development. The main function of human resource is to improve performance and ability of a worker who work in the office.It gives designed to employees. The information they need to adapt to that organization's cultural and to do their jobs effectively.

Need of Human Resources

Human resource helps to improve the overall condition of the people who are engaged in a work that may be a provincial worker or new worker. Human resources are important for the social, economic, and scientific development of the country. The planning for the state of being prepared for the main power is very important for human resource development. There is some point which shows the important of human development resource:

  • To recruit the employee on the basis of the cost of labor.
  • To fulfill the needed manpower
  • To manage demand of the manpower
  • To increase the agriculture product

Importance of Human Resource Development

Human resource development helps to increase the skill, education, and ability of the employment. It is necessary to make proper management of manpower of the office or of the organization in a proper period of the time. It is the designed which help to guide the employee to do work . In an organization, we can see different types of people from the different sector. Who may be perfect or not toward their job ? So , the human resource helps to make perfect to do work. With the help of human resource the company will get good worker which will help to the company to achieve a goal.

High Productivity: If a person they can grow maximum amount of food or crop then there are the chances of getting high productivity which will lead more employment and a maximum number of worker. This is how it will help to increase the human resource .The main purpose of HRD is to provide proper training to grow the knowledge that an employee already has or have to do. It is the field of training and development provided by the organization to increase the skill , education, and ability of their employee due to which their work can be more precious. The importance of the human resource development are given below:

  • Management functions: All the total planning , budget collection, profit and loss of the organization will help to manage the human resources of development.
  • Expansion of Human Relation: Human resources development helps for proper training to increase the knowledge, skill, and education of their employees which will help to uplift the organization.
  • Effective Mobilization: Nowadays people who are in the modern world. The World is being developed. All country walk with the place of the world for the development .
  • Motivation: Every worker has willing to do work . If the employees are very delicate towards their job then it will help to increase the productivity. If the worker is motivated toward their job then the human resource will be developed easily.

Human resource development is said as the main part of development which will help to increase the living standard of the country. The human resources development make people more experience. People who become more committed to their work with the help of human resource development, a worker can found them self better.Human resource equipped with a problem-solving problem.

Human Resource Development Process:

Every human being does work to live . So, the human resource development is related to the single person. It helps to make skilled people for the job or their work at the present and in the future. It helps to develop the good relation between worker and the company. It is the systematic process. There are many things which help to develop the human resource process. Some of them are described below:

Development of Employment Programme: Human is a social animal. They need work to earn their living. If there will be proper employment programs then people who will know what kind of work they should do. Human development resource should organize different types of employment program to develop it.

Formulation of Manpower Planning: We provide various training for the development of human resource. Before we provide training, our aim and objective of planning should be determined. Objectives may increase the efficiency of work and goals can be achieve something in the specific time. Similarly, we should also examine the internal sources of the organization and if necessary we should make a plan for the development of internal human resources as well as recruit the new one if necessary. Also, we should take plannings for the future development of human resources.

Development of Training Programme:Projection of Needed Manpower for the Future :The future estimation of needed Manpower in most do the work in the future because the alternative division is made what sort of and how much manpower is required for the organization.It is necessary to make the decision about different aspects including manpower development of the working staffs of the organization or a company.
