International labor organization has been working in Nepal to end child labor, but many children have been found working in industries, homes, hotels, restaurants, public transport etc as child worker. In such kind of condition, the following activities should be done for ending child labor:

  1. First of all, the child workers should be rescued from the working place and taken to the child centers where they can be protected.
  2. Then, the root causes of their conditions should be identified and should be solved accordingly.
  3. After this, the children should be provided child- friendly environment where they can exercise all types of activities for their all round development.
  4. Finally, the rescued children should be mixed up their own families ad grow up with proper environment where there is no exploitation of child labor.
Besides, the above mentioned activities, the family, community, nation should be very aware and there should be proper rules and regulation for promoting child rights.

Human beings live together and show mutual co-operation because everyone in the world has similar kinds of need. These include the basic needs of an individual without them people die. But no one can live with constant fear, insecurity and worry. So, we need to feel safe. Not only safety but with a peace where we belong in family or community. Then only one can live meaningfully and creatively. An insecure, care worn, or tense, scared individual cannot survive very long. Thus one lead wholly social life unless one isolates oneself voluntarily for meditation or some other serious adventure.

If I were aSocial Welfare Ministerof my country, Nepal, Iwould from an organization named "Nepal Welfare Association" where I would admit all the poor, lame, sick, downtrodden, beggars of Nepal and they would get free fooding, lodging etc. Awareness raising programs would be carried out to give priority to the socially weak people. I would also strictly check the girl, child and drug trafficking.

IUCN has certain guidelines. It conducts research programmes like international biological programme. In 1980, it launched the world conservations strategy to highlight particular problems of crucial places by designating some areas as world heritage site so as to ensure that they survive as unspoiled habitats. The member nations share their problems and help one another. For instance, Germany aided Nepal in drafting the law for environment conservation. Similarly, Canada behind the successful completion of 'Ghoda Ghodi Taal'.

From 1976, our country Nepal has been actively participating in its activities. Moreover, it holds its own regular programmes related with nature conservation. Other member nations try their best to solve each other's problem through mutual co-operation and generosity. For instance, Germany aided Nepal in drafting the law for environment conservation. Similarly, Canada was behind the systematic development of 'Ghoda Ghodi Taal' considered to be only wetland of the western region of Nepal which has been the abode of very precious and many rare species of birds. Austria too has been assisting Nepal in purification and distribution of water from this region.

The activities of the internationally recognized social organizations are prominent as they are as follows:

  1. Provides emergency rescue service at any disaster happenings.
  2. Does the service of blood transfusion and provide blood at any sudden condition. Nepal scouts.
  3. Provides rescue service at any disasters and distributes food, clothes to the victims.
  4. Youth volunteers are mobilized at special crowd making functions, ceremonies, festivals etc.

Nepal is an developing country with so many social, economic problems. Even though there is desire, but there lacks economic strength to control them. There are so many mushroomish increment in the number of international organizations working and showing their solidity against social problems. There are so many Norwegian, American, British, Japanese agencies and organizations along with UNO agencies but we haven't found concrete solution or satisfactory result of their solution. In your opinion their activities make me feel in the following ways:

  1. The act of these organizations acts upon to show effectiveness but they last for short period.
  2. So many such organizations tend to show their expenses more in the economic standardization of themselves rather than the targeted group.
  3. They must be busy at research work together to find out the problem.
  4. They don't make utilization of active youths to generate better service, or trainings and motivating programmes aren't well emphasized in the context of few such organization.
